SimplyCare is "In-Network" with essentially all commercial insurance plans (HMO and PPO) in this area. We are also in network with the TennCare programs in this area. To support our Military, our physicians are in the TriCare network as participating providers. They are also participating providers in the regular fee-for-service Medicare and Medicaid programs and the Medicare Advantage programs sponsored by the larger insurance companies.
Please note: We do not participate in any HealthSpring network, including their Medicare plans because they refuse to allow us in their network.
Please be advised that with all government and military health plans, there may be limitations on selecting a provider here as your PCP due to their restrictions. This includes TennCare and TriCare. If you are covered by one of these plans, call your plan, who will advise you of your preferred provider's availability to be your PCP.
Payment of Fees
Payment of fees not covered by your insurance plan are due on the day of your scheduled appointment. These fees include copayment, deductibles and outstanding balances. You may pay by cash, check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Any checks that are returned will be charged an additional $25 fee.
Additional Services Not Covered by Insurance
The completion of forms (school physicals, administrative physicals) should be done at the time of your office visit. These physicals may not be a covered service by your insurance company. There may be an additional charge for complex forms (disability forms, handicap placards, FMLA and other paperwork) to be filled out at the time of an office visit.
